Saya cuba maintain pegi Curves at least 3 times a week. Woot woot..bukan shopping mall tu okey... ni Curves - a.k.a gym for ladies only.
Lama dah mencari2 mana la tempat nak bakar lemak2 tepu ni, last2 jupa jodoh dengan Curves Bukit Damansara. Apa yg best kat sini :
1) Ladies ONLY.. tak yah segan2 nak all out buat work out. Yg bertudung, free hair je time peluh2 sakan.
2) Each session, spend only 30 sec on each machine. Between each machine is a recovery board to jog/walk/aerobics with the purpose to maintain the heart rate and ensure the calories are burning throughout the entire workout. Full work out take about 30 mins / 2 complete rounds.
Unlike normal gym, u will spend at least 20 mins for each machine right? So boring + tiring!
After completing on the circuit, continue to do the stretching exercise :
3)The coach will guide and motivate during the session. Tak de chance nak malas2.
(yeah..yeahh..u can do it..keep it up!)
Nak tahu betul ke buat work out dengan teknik yg betul, calories burn -tengok pada result yg system generate. Kalau green dotted colour maksudnya Baguih! u are on track..calories pon burn dengan cantik..Berapa total calories burn pon dapat tengok jugak.
Kalau dotted colour kuning, tu kena improve lagi. Either teknik pakai machine tak kena...tak pon mengelat time work out la tu! Hahaaa...no cheating with Smart Curves :)
5) Once a month, amek measurement, timbang berat, ukur lilit badan, check body fat. Coach akan call kalau agak2 dah lama jejak gym.
Kat Bukit Damansara, diorang selalu buat challenge i.e maintain 3 times a week, wear any pink on Monday etc..& dapat la reward...Interesting!!
